After you submit your order online, it can take up to 2 business days to process your order for shipping. All of our shipments are sent via FedEx and can take an additional 1 to 3 days to arrive after your order is shipped.
If you prefer your order to ship on a different date, please pick the specific date from our calendar during the checkout process.
From time to time delays or lost shipments will happen and when they do we want you to be happy and are committed to doing our best to make that happen! If due to a delay by the shipper, your order arrives within a couple days or later than the 'best by' code, please email as at email@example.com and request one of these two options:
1) A replacement order to be sent asap. We will pay for the upgraded shipping and replacement goods at our expense.
2) A voucher for 110% of your original purchase to be sent to you as a Gift Card for future purchase when you want the items. This voucher will be good for 12 months.
If you are unsatisfied with any of our baked good items quality upon receipt, and received them on time, we will offer a 100% money back refund up to $100.
