In Every Fabrizia Lemon Baking Company box there is a slip with the exact pack out date, which reflects the first day of the products shelf life.  

1. Best By Dates
We recommend enjoying the goods upon arrival.  Storing in an airtight container after opening is recommended, ideally in the refrigerator.  For longer storage, the products can be frozen in their unopened original packaging for up to 45 days.
Below is a list of suggested consumption dates for reference starting the day of your deliveries pack out date slip.  

Limoncello Biscotti: 120 Days

Limoncello Cookies: 30 Days

Raspberry Sandwich Cookies: 15 Days (Store in an airtight container)

Blondies: 14 Days (Store in an airtight container)

Brownies: 14 Days (Store in a airtight container)

Truffles: 15 Days (Best if stored in the fridge)

Loaves: 14 Days (Store in airtight container after opening, or refrigerate up to 14 days)

Whoopie Pies: 14 Days (Store in an airtight container)

Limoncello Bark: 45 Days

2. Does the Lemon Bakery Have a Retail Space?

No, we currently do not have a retail space for customers to shop in. However, you can place your order online and pick it up at our facility in Salem, NH, between the hours of 9 AM - 2 PM, Monday through Friday.

3. What Days Does the Lemon Bakery Ship? 

We ship Monday through Thursday via our FedEx 2-Day, UPS, USPS Priority.

See Shipping policy. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed, this is in addition to the time of shipping transit.   We do attempt to ship on specific ship by dates but in some instances it can go out the day following.

PLEASE NOTE if a specific date is requested, unless a specific Guaranteed Arrival Code is marketed, the 1-2 day processing time may still occure after the requested ship date and should be factored into holiday giving (don't try and time it to arrive the exact day without understanding the risk it might arrive a day later). 

We do NOT ship on Fridays due to the high likelihood of weekend shipping delays. Any orders requested to be shipped on a Friday-Sunday will be sent out the previous Thursday. Orders placed on  Thursday afternoon-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. 

 SHIPPING EXCEPTION REFUND POLICY

Once a package ships, there are factors that may come up that are out of our control including but not limited to weather, carrier mechanical errors, inaccurate shipping information, and mistakes on behalf of our shipping partners.  We do not currently offer refunds for delays or damaged caused by our shipping partners.  


4. Does the Lemon Bakery Make Anything Gluten-Free or Sugar-Free?

Our pistachio bark and Sicilian lemon drops are gluten-free.


5. Can I Use More Than One Discount Code on One Order?

We currently do not authorize the use of more than one discount code per order.
